Stress Management
How is stress affecting your life?
Over recent years the demands placed upon each of us have continued to escalate. We must absorb more information, work longer hours and live faster.
As a result of these changes, an increasing number of people are affected by stress. Stress related disorders cost companies millions of euros every year as an increasing number of people are forced to take time off work as a result of stress.
Stress can affect people in many ways including:
Sleepless nights
Anxiety
Depression
Skin and digestion problems
Hair loss
Hypertension
Heart problems
RSI (repetitive strain injuries)
Burnout
