Personal Stress Management
Personal Stress Management occurs within a confidential, therapeutic environment. This work involves looking at the circumstances present within your life and your feelings regarding them.
The situations causing you stress will be isolated and we will follow the necessary therapeutic path as we work towards resolution and release of them.
This work is unique to each client and will involve some of the following steps
1. Acknowledgement
Become aware of the circumstances present in your life.
2. Understanding
Understand the challenges that you are being presented with, the ways in which you can grow and the lessons that can be learned.
3. Acceptance
Learn to accept and work with what is.
4. Forgiveness
Let go of negative attachments to the past and find peace in the present.
5. Release
Release stressful perceptions and create balance in the now.
Personal Stress Management occurs over an initial period of four private sessions, after which progress is evaluated.
